Drain Unclogging and Maintenance
Drains are one of those things that we forget to clean until they get clogged and waters cannot pass that causes stinking smell to spread across. While it is recommended that you use regular maintenance for the drains, this is just not memorable leading to drain clogging.
Once the drain is clogged, you will naturally tend to reach out for that acid bottle so that the clog is removed. But wait! There are many natural procedures that save you from the dangerous fumes that these acids and chemicals give out. The acids may also damage the pipeline thereby leading to leakages etc that will later cost you thousands. Instead, use one of the many natural products available, including baking soda.
A cup of baking soda followed with three to four mugs of boiling water should clear your drain. You may have to repeat the process for two to three times. Additionally, you can also combine vinegar with soda of more effects. If the drain is still clogged, use one of those enzyme-based cleaners now available in market. The last resort will be to call the plumber. If you are using plumbing services, make sure the drain is cured permanently.
