Faux painting – A simple method for home improvement
Repainting walls is a common option for home improvement and renovation. And when you opt for faux painting, there is nothing like it. A minute tickle and splash of your brush can sometimes work wonders for your home. Faux painting goes an extra step to add a dramatic appeal to your abode.
However, before opting for faux painting you must keep certain points in mind:
• Be extremely careful while choosing colors. Make sure that the base color you apply is 50% visibly stronger and sharper when the project is completed. The secondary colors should complement the base colors well and cover them in such a way that they do not look out of place.
Keep in mind the light factor that will reflect the color and pay huge differences in making your room look smaller or larger. Generally darker colors makes the room look smaller.
Faux painting is comparatively cheaper than others and still lends your room a fresh feel and appeal.
